The people stranded at the movie theatre finally walk home.

 

Frank is let loose from his cell and has a few adventures in a private airjet owned by his captor.  This crashes in a cow field, where it is found by Ed Ralston.  Then he comes head to head with some guys, but is finally set free from his captors by being killed.  And the head captor commits suicide with Ed Ralston watching him.

 

Somehow, power is restored to CGE.

 

I would have done things a bit differently had I the chance to write it over, but there you have it.
